I LOVED this book! this is the definition of a perfect wedding planner! Jessica goes into so much detail that to just say she covers everything is an understatement. She covers everything plus some and then plus some more! The inspiration, savvy tips, ways to save, what do ask when choosing... pages along with the checklists, worksheets, budgets, timelines it's all really brilliant how she has added so much into this one book! If you have been putting off your wedding due to the high stress of planning one, purchase this book and you'll have no need to worry or stress Jessica has included everything you would or even could ever need to plan your perfect budget savvy wedding!!

This planner has been a lifesaver!! I did not grow up imagining my wedding day or knowing even remotely what I wanted it to look like, so purchasing this book was my cry for help. Budget-wise, I haven't followed the book's financial advise too closely, more loosely by just keeping my budget concerns in mind.Where this book is worth its weight in gold for me is the lists, the posed questions of what if's, and all the information pointing out planning items I would never have known to address. For example, in the chapter addressing picking vendors, the author provided a list of questions to ask each vendor and then provided advice for the possible answers each question might receive. This formula is repeated with every planning section and helped me feel a LOT more confident and secure with my decisions. Even if I didn't choose to ask a vendor every single question the author provides, I still felt confident knowing I was equipped to know if I was receiving good service from each vendor.Additionally, the author provides checklists for both one-year and six-month wedding planning timelines (my personally planning is only six months, so this was especially useful for me!). Within both timelines is a broken-out countdown list numbered by each month left until the wedding, including up to one week before the wedding itself. Again, such a lifesaver!Overall, I recommend this book for brides/grooms who need realistic, creative thinking to keep wedding spending in check or, like me, need a simple, straight-forward guide to navigate wedding norms.

Great book with a TON of information. I loved the fact that it isn't all printed in black and white... there are photo, colored graphs and color accents to help get your attention. It's a well designed book. The checklists and the helpful ideas are going to be so useful. I am planning a wedding and we're not hiring a wedding planner... so I need all the help I can get!

Excellent!!! I'm getting married this July 21, 2018, so it was perfect timing that this book was just published. I've read the entire book and I'm saving lots of money and time in following many of the tips and recommendations. There are options to do a deluxe, expensive wedding, if you want to go that route. Highly recommended for both budget through deluxe weddings!!!

Upon my engagement, I was so overwhelmed with questions and wedding talk. I am the last girl to picture herself in an elegant wedding dress in a church. This book was informative, clear, organized, and helped my fiancé and I brainstorm with our budget. While we don’t have a date set, we have covered many of the basics, and the looming fear of a wedding has been banished from my thoughts.

I bought this for a friend who is planning her wedding on a budget, and she loved it! She's a planner and she loves how descriptive and detailed this book is.

I got this mostly for me to keep organized during wedding planning.. but it's actually meant to be a workbook for the couple too - and I absolutely love that aspect about it. The finance and budgeting part is very informative and helpful if you're on a tight budget! So glad I got this!

Even though I just got my book today, I am absolutely IN LOVE WITH IT. I could not put it down for hours! I absolutely love the fact that you can write in it, personalize it and mark what’s most important. This planner has so many nice tips and tricks and it also gives you very affordable ideas on how you can save the most money possible! I have almost a year and a half until my wedding, since I need to finish up college but I can already tell that this book will be a big part of my life until then. There’s nothing wrong with planning ahead and getting everything in order first before you actually get started, and I could tell the author must definitely agreed. I love the fact that she included what times you need to worry about what and also a financial plan page for you and your future husband’s savings. So many nice ideas I wish I could write them all down but that would be me naming every chapter in the book! You should most DEFINITELY buy this book! 5 STARS!!! 😍💖
