I liked this book and it arrived just in time. I'm not very familiar with Dental terms in English (I know them but in Spanish) so I wanted a book that would help me learn and understand those terms in Dental Anatomy, and I found this book very helpful. Even though I already took a Dental Anatomy class, it helped reinforce and remember certain parts of the subject. I thank bookworld for treating me well as a costumer and caring about what I think.
I just love this book. It is very easy to understand and it has review questions on just about every page. It also has tests to take with each section. The answers are in the back to check your work. I wish I would've gotten this book before I started dh school, it would've helped out a lot:)

This Book Is Great And Very Helpful! I Have Been Using It For Dental School And It Has A Lot Of Quiz Questions In It That Are Great.
I was kind of disappointed with this book because before I purchase the book, the seller didn't mention that it was taped and the edges were all messed up. I mean it has all its information, but just to warn you that if you want your book to be free from these things order from somewhere else!
This book is an excellent resource for anyone wishing an introduction to the topic of dental anatomy. I think any first year dental student would find this especially helpful. The text is divided up into modules, and then into frames, with the answers to questions within the frames located in the margin. The book is very good about reinforcing terms that may not be familiar to the beginning student of dentistry or to the layman. However, I do not recommend this book for someone who has had a course in dental anatomy. I initially bought the book as a study aid for part one of the dental national boards. Having had dental anatomy coursework, as well as other courses which used the same information as a foundation, I found the reinforcement of terms I already knew to be rather tedious. I think that if I had found it before starting dental school though, it would have been much more valuable to me.
I used this book for boards and dental school and it was a life saver. It gets you going on all the basics of dental anatomy. I wish this book had more information on occlusion. Occlusion was a very critical component for boards and some of the trickiest questions.
