Cindy's and Kathleen's book is an outstanding account of proven, highly successful individuals whom have had their share of challenges and growing pains along the way and the way that they overcame all of that to become highly successful in a very difficult industry. What I like most about the book are the candid stories about the use of systems and setting one's bar higher in order to not only have an above average income, but to provide superior service to clients as well. I am already reading the book for the second time in one week in order to better get a grasp of all the wonderful lessons that I can apply in my commercial lending business. Being outside the mainland, we do not have the availability of all the tools, but I will do my best to use this book as a business growth reference. Thank you Cindy and Kathleen for a job well done. I appreciate it.
